A. Housing Corporation Of America, Inc. (HCA) Was Formed To Further The Development Of Affordable Housing. Its Actual Formation Was In 1998, But It Lay Dormant Until Recently. It Has Received The 501(C)(3) Certification From The IRS And Is Now Starting To Fulfill Its Mission Of Providing Housing For The Elderly, Handicapped And Other Persons With Special Needs And Persons Of Very Low, Low And Moderate Income.
