Parkside Senior Apartments is located in Post Falls, Idaho. The complex has three ground level buildings. Each building has 6, 1 BR apartments, that are approximately 700 sq. ft. The apartments are equipped with a stove and refrigerator; and the living room, hall and bedroom are carpeted. The complex also has a community room with tables and chairs, refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Adjacent to the community room is the laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Parkside Senior is a Rural Development subsidize apartment complex. Seniors 62 years old or older or an individual with a disability are encouraged to fill out an application. Location has 1, 2, 3 bedroom apartments Located near a bus stop, schools and a park, our beautiful property also includes a playground and laundry facility.
