    Thank you for putting all the information i needed in one place! I've saved over 2 dozen federal government & local info pages & websites & nys eligibility categories & definitions til i can't see it think, then this came up. As an almost 65 yo ssdi recipient who couldn't afford to keep car or get cable in rockland cty where i've lived 40 yrs, in haverstraw for 6, this makes my next steps easy. Thank you!
