      User Response: There is an impossible waiting list but friends of the property manager always get bumped to the top. Many units are vacant but for whatever reasons they aren't rented out until months later, I suppose when management has the "time."

      User Response: No. Maintenance will enter any time. They will knock and immediately come in without waiting. All the lights in the front of the property have been out for years. Safety issues aren't addressed with any urgency. A swinging gutter was once left unattended to for 2 months.

      User Response: Management doesn't properly do their job. She will have you back date documents and has most tenants do their own move in cleaning. In my opinion there is fraud taking place. Privacy rights aren't respected. Horrible.
