User Response: Silvertree took over the HUD 202 property. This contract expires in 5 years. They silvertree is not a non profit property. It is business that does not provide the services that Taylor did. I see now that silvertree is acceptin section 8. Does this mean after the contract expires this will be all section 8 and wonder what will happen to all the 202 residents?
