      User Response: For a studio it's 1,022 which I had a voucher for section 8 which allowed me to pay only 307 per month then I was evicted due to not paying my rent it was due to minor lease violations which some of them were not true

      User Response: These apartments are not safe I lived in bed bugs for months that were already at the apartment complex they didn't listen before I left they literally did my room called Jenny Best Jean or something because they had to according to the city limits because they are not up to code and also I noticed a fighter thing moved as well in the hallway I also got her on the property meaning why am I paying my money out of my pocket when an accident happened on the property there is supposed to be liability for the premises liability insurance anytime it's subsidized housing like this so please do not go to Peterson apartments if you apply do not apply for this place it's absolutely disgusting

      User Response: Pets are allowed only under certain conditions such as service animal or support animal that is a cat or a dog but you have to have a letter from a doctor stating that you are allowed to have a dog or cat all right an animal whatever

      User Response: They pay for the gas they pay for water they pay for the dumpster or trash they pay for I think that's it and then section 8

      User Response: I am very very well aware of this community there is a park nearby it is not safe people go there and do drugs I am an epileptic so when it comes to being epileptic on the 4th floor that's not a good thing and epileptic should be put on another floor and this is for low income people and for people of disabilities which you may not see my disabilities but the truth is how the are you going to get up there with a gurney when you can't even fit the Gurnee in the elevators.
