Opelika Housing Authority

Opelika Housing Authority provides housing options to those in need in the area. These services are provided through the management of Public Housing communities and Housing Choice Vouchers, formerly Section 8. Currently the Housing Authority operates 634 Public Housing Apartments throughout 10 communities and administers 490 Housing Choice Vouchers. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals.
