      User Response: No they are not! There are a lot of residents that smoke marijuana on the premises. Children are allowed outside unsupervised at all hours of the day and night. Some of the female residents have males that live with them but do not have them on their lease. The officer manager knows this but only charge rent amount based on the one adult that is on the lease. There is a lot of shady activity.

      User Response: Drugs are known here and management is away. Kids are not supervised. Management is away of this also. Some women have a boyfriend living with them. I have seen the drug activity when a person pulls up and leave in a minute. The smell of marijuana is there what more proof is needed and they are STILL here.

      User Response: It is conveniently set within the town limit but there is too much drugs and crime at the location. The cop that lives on the premises does nothing as far as keeping the residents safe.
