Hampton Homes is a Public Housing Community for low income  Families, Seniors and Disabled Persons, The community is operated by the Greensboro Housing Authority and consists of 275 apartments that range in size from One - Four Bedrooms. The property features a police neighborhood resource center consisting of community-based police officers and resident managers to increase the safety of the community as well as a weekly wellness center for senior citizens that is staffed by students and faculty from the UNCG School of Nursing. This community is currently zoned for the following schools  Jones Elementary, Jackson Middle and Grimsley High School. These rentals are income based and there may be a waiting list for the apartments here.
