Section 8 community.  Admission is restricted to very low-low income elderly households. 3 story elevator equipped building contains 4 efficiency and 56 one-bedroom apartments. All apartments provide range, refrigerator, and disposal; all utilities are included in the rent.  A variety of activities can be enjoyed in the community room and coin-operated laundry facilities are provided for resident use. Mt. Zion Apartments provides a bus for monthly trips to local shopping malls and grocery shopping.  Local health organizations offer free screening and medical services at the property periodically throughout the year.
