3 story elevator equipped building contains 4 efficiency and 56 one-bedroom apartments. All apartments provide range, refrigerator, and disposal; all utilities are included in the rent.  A variety of activities can be enjoyed in the community room and coin-operated laundry facilities are provided for resident use.
Mt. Zion Apartments provides a bus for monthly trips to local shopping malls and grocery shopping.  Local health organizations offer free screening and medical services at the property periodically throughout the year.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
