Hanover Townhouses is a 96 unit town home development located in St. Paul. This townhouses community is located very close to the Capital building, conveniently close to I-94. The Western Park Sculpture Garden is adjacent to the property, which provides a unique art in the park setting. Hanover Townhouses is also located near bus lines, has play areas for children, on-site laundry facilities and is close to shopping and restaurants. You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    Looking to possibly move in december 2020... Am single, 53, 1 housecat. No loud music or booze or drugs in my life. Am on disability due to foot & ankle permanent issues. Looking for a place that would do 30%, or section 42, or accept disability moneys as rent. Am a decent person, no drama in my life. Looking for a decent place to call home for a long time!
