Compliance person/ mgr lies.. Destroys documents... Hones in on people & positions herself to making her mistakes the tennant's fault, when she drops the ball. Management? 17 building/project mgrs. In 4 yrs. Just an awful co. Gang related druggy & drunks.. Never fix anything pipes are rotted, leaks everywhere, hud inspector must be getting paid off to pass this property. If your a criminal you can stay illegals all over staying in building& mgmt does nothing. Mold everywhere... Do nothing. Don't put in money back in property. Lie... Lie... All they do.

  1. 14 bldg managers in 3 yrs Taken Federal $$$ and put nothing back into property. Take advantage of vulnerable adults force them to sign on documents or be evicted. posted April 28, 2019
