Cobble Stone Apartments offers family friendly apartments of one and two bedrooms. All of the sixty-four apartments in the complex with the exception of one are listed as deed restricted subsidized, and so Section 8 Low Income Housing Assistance may be available upon request. The complex is conveniently close to the local hospital, a local Italian restaurant, and the Home Run Park Batting Cages. A grassy community park is also nearby. There is a five month to one year waiting list for the single bedroom residences and a two to three year wait for the two bedroom units.
