      User Response: if you have a vehicle, No; they get broken into regularly. gates are not secure and easy to get onto grounds. Packages are stolen as well as mail.

      User Response: Yes, with monthly charge. There are unfriendly dogs allowed who do not like people or other dogs. And owners who like having aggressive dogs and don't control them. I've had dogs come after my small dog and jump on me a well.

      User Response: the area itself is within a desirable proximity to most convenience places. There are punk gangs in the area, theft is big as well as random assaults. Generally I feel people do not take pride in their neighborhood. I'd like to see that change. But it wont as long a the management & owners don't care.
