      Yes, new staircases have been installed. The local police dept. Patrol at night.

      I have only been here 36 days. So far it is family friendly and is at the end of the street so that make for no traffic concerns. They have a reputation of being bad but I have only witnessed one family argument that was a little extreme.

    There could be more attention from the manager on maintenance and preparing apartments for new residents. With corona virus situation there is limited contact from management. I hope things get a little better after this is over.
