3 bedroom apartments: $870 per month, with $450 application fee.

4 bedroom apartments: $959 per month with $500 application fees.

Special outreach to low income families is coordinated through our on-site managers who work with a variety of community agencies to provide information regardng affordable housing opportunities and services.
