Larkin Place Affordable Apartments

Larking Place affordable apartments. Each apartment has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, two bathrooms. There is a club house on the grounds. This is an affordable family apartment. Section 8 is accepted. Contact for details. current rates as of August 2011: 3 bedroom apartments: $870 per month, with $450 application fee. 4 bedroom apartments: $959 per month with $500 application fees. Rent is subject to change, contact Larkin Place for updated rates. Special outreach to low income families is coordinated through our on-site managers who work with a variety of community agencies to provide information regardng affordable housing opportunities and services.
