This joint venture between Pinnacle and the Housing Authority of Pompano Beach completed in 2009 entailed the construction of 302 total rental units in two simultaneously built and adjoining "phases." Golden Square consists of 182 units and Golden Villas offers 120 units. One, two, three and four bedroom units are offered in this urban oasis of over 20 acres with many units enjoying waterfront views. The development contains two clubhouses, a community service center and numerous amenties.

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

    I am looking for a 2 bedrooms subsidized part we live in punta gorda at 7palms but i have to move closer to my daughter my husband is very sunk and i need her to help.
