Normandy is an affordable housing community that underwent an extensive rehabilitation in 2007. There are 40 one-bedroom units, 44 two-bedroom units, and 16 three-bedroom units, rented to individuals earning at or below 60% of the area median income.
The renovated units feature all new kitchens and appliances; heating and cooling systems; water heaters; playground and picnic area; and a newly constructed community center. The community center provides room for recreational and educational activities, as well as office space for property staff.
