The Tenants And Owners Development Corporation Is An Integral Member Of The South Of Market Community, Committed To Its Preservation And Development As A Neighborhood With Amenities For The Hundreds Of Elderly, Immigrant And Poor Persons Who Call It Home. Through Our Housing And Community Development Activities, We Hope To Further Develop The Capacities Of Our Neighborhood, So That Even Our Community's Most Vulnerable Members Can Meet Their Basic Needs For Housing, Nutrition, Economic Security And Safety, Participate In The Development Of Their Neighborhood Develop Their Capacities And Goals, Live Healthily And Pursue Their Aspirations. To Assist In This Process, TODCO Offers Housing And Services To Nearly 1000 Men, Women, Children And Families, Including Hundreds Of Poor, Elderly, Immigrant, Disabled And Formerly Homeless Persons. Our Services Include Case Management, Education And Training And Assistance In The Areas Of Nutrition, Fitness, Financial Management, Substance Abuse Prevention And Health Care And Maintenance. We Also Sponsor Many Social And Recreational Programs. As South Of Market Neighborhood Builders, We Work In Tandem With Members Of Our Community, Striving To Ensure That They Will Always Be An Integral Part Of Their Neighborhood's Life And Future.
