CHRIC Provides Neighborhood Revitalization Activity In Dunkirk And Jamestown Through An Acquisition, Rehab, Re-Sale Program Taking "The Worst House On The Block", Rehabilitating It To Improve The Surrounding Neighborhood And Create An Ownership Opportunity For Low To Moderate-Income Families. We Have Been Fortunate To Receive Two HUD Youthbuild Grants To Help Low-Income High School Dropouts With Skills Development.
