You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: It is a very evil vibe and very scary because it has suicides and killings there weekely to monthly. People has watch innocent people stand by and get shot and killed in the day light or night. They have no safety there.
