      User Response: There is a security deposit and then the monthly payment of $488; the apartments are gorgeous, 2 bedroom laminated floors very spacious. Open kitchen concept very spacious. Management sees to it that the building and grounds are well kept. Very nice location Downtown delbarton, peaceful neighborhood.

      User Response: Yes, I currently live there, it is a great neighborhood quiet and safe for young and old; close to grocery store and gas station. Little league field within walking distance. The house across the street entertainment every Saturday night and every holiday there's something happening.
