  1. No these apartments, are not safe. I had to get a protection order against my downstairs neighbor, for bullying, harassment, intimidation, and, it has not stopped, she had incorporated another neigh to help her, she tampered with my mai, knocked on my do in the darkness in the hallway, said she had something for me, I cannot, leave or come to my home and there is not the neighbor or their friends awaking in the hall, on the stair near my door,. posted January 6, 2021
