  1. Apartments unsafe. Police called all hours day and night. Animals run loose and poop everywhere. People constantly fight. Threats constantly made by tenants to other tenants and management does nothing. Molded aprtments with faulty wiring and backed up sewage. Outdated appliances. don't rent. Grounds are dirty andpool is filthy. posted May 8, 2020
  2. ould not rate Willow Woods Apartments at all. The complex is run down and falling apartment. The apartments are covered in mold. The pool is disgusting. Management can not agree with managers on important issues. Work orders fall through the crack. Police are constantly called to this complex. Assaults happen on the property. There is constant vandalism going on in the complex. Dogs and cats roam posted July 4, 2018

  1. Please do not rent here!!! Noise is constant ie 24 hours, management do not help with noise complaints, me and my family did not get sleep due to the noise, it is unclean, and someone tried to break in my apartment while I was asleep. posted June 28, 2019
