White River Regional Housing Authority was  founded in 1976.WRRHA provides housing options to families . seniors and disabled persons who cannot find affordable housing due to income or special needs.The Housing Authority provides this assistance by  managing 25 apartment complexes, 5 Low-Income Public Housing communities, and a large Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals. Their office is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and is closed from 12:00 to 12:30 for lunch. If you are in need of housing assistance in the area please contact them directly for more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance and rentals and their application procedures.
