      Over the past 4-5 years, my Father-in-law has been living here. He has a bad heart, and a pacemaker, and does not comprehend the legal stuff, and paperwork, therefore, my wife and I handle his account. Due to his lack of understanding, he goes into a panic every time he receives a notice from the apartment, especially since he does not pay the bills. In lieu of this, and to help reduce the stress
