We are a low income apartment complex located near the heart of Clarksville. We offer 1,2 and 3bedroom apartments. Washer/Dryer hooks up standard in all apartments, 24hr on-site laundry facility, fitness area, meeting area, playground. Also all apartments come standard with dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal patio/balcony and storage shed. We do accept Section 8 vouchers. Call the office today to set up a tour of your \"new home\". Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30pm, (931) 647-9750 and ask for Lindsey. Small Pets Under 35lbs.
