- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: No 1 bedroom units. 2 Year wait for 2 bedroom. MUST have 2 people to apply. 5 year wait for 3 bedroom, at least 3 people to apply.
