The Elms is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them. The Elms is a Family low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). 2019-05-22 12:21:58 No not unless you enjoy mold, bedbugs, chipped paint , crooked half assed maintence work. Get sick at your own risk like me and other tenants have had due to mold that the elms cheaply fixes up with their unlicensed contractors and fixes things like baindaids coverjng tgings up with paint denying they have mold

2019-05-22 12:21:58 Yes, dont go managment are lousy excuses who dont do their jobs they act like they do you got drug deals here people not on the lease living here and the tenants show falsified leases proving elsewhere. Maintence guys stalk and report everything to the office come in your apartment whenever no privacy here at all you got scumbags who sit at the smoking benches outside all day everyday no lives tal
