In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: These apartments are a health hazard, mice infested, mold , barley have maintenance and when they do have maintenance here they barley fix anything or move with a sense of urgency....horrible place to live...apartments are filthy and way to small, ppl at the rental office barley answers the phone or opens the door, they dont keep the grass cut or keep the trash in the dumpsters...but the main issues are the MICE, THE PLACE IS EXTREMELY MICE INFESTED.
