      If by meaning safe is having some of these apartments rented to drug addicts,drug dealers,welfair and food stamp fraudsters and rented to people who have illegal tenits in there apartments then yeah there safe.Also if the vision of safe is having the drug dealers in here giving drugs to kids then yes its safe.If vision of safe is having drug dealers threaten peoples lifes for that person being hon

      Everything except electric.Theres no washer and dryer hook up,no dish washer,cable not included.Theres a laundry room with 4washers and 4dryers for a 40unit complex.
