Summerbrook apartments is by far the worst place my family and i have ever resided in! It is a complete dump, that is completely run down and decrepit! We lived there just 2 months shy of 6 years total and none of the major maintenance issues throughout the complex were ever addressed or fixed the whole duration of the time we lived there! The "new" manager lacks professionalism and tact. She refuses to give contact information for the owners or corporate offices! Do not move here, they do not care about their tenants or their property!!!
