      User Response: No. There is no security personnel. Poor lighting in all the backdoor areas. Lots of criminal activities. Police are constantly being called due to criminal activity.

      User Response: Summerbrook Apartments is by far THE WORST place my family and I have ever resided in! It is a complete dump, that is completely run down and decrepit! We lived there just 2 months shy of 6 years total and none of the major maintenance issues throughout the complex were ever addressed or fixed the whole duration of the time we lived there! The "new" manager is a thief and a liar! She lacks profess

    I am interested in a apartment. I am 67. Receiving social security/disability.. I live in southington,my hometown. Need a safer environment. Rails in bathroom.. Income based rent. I have a good record of paying rent.. Keeping clean and quiet. Like to walk. Ride bike. Shop. Cook. Garden.

The "new" manager lacks professionalism and tact. She refuses to give contact information for the owners or corporate offices! Do not move here, they do not care about their tenants or their property!!!
