Spring Gate Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. 2019-05-31 18:19:18 A really bad place to live children run wild with no parent supervision drug dealers are allowed to live here and conduct there business around young kids in the open without any problem we do have a pool but when it’s open it’s like a sespool there is no way in hell I would go in there, Management could care less about what goes on
