      User Response: Veterans/low income may be different - I waited 2 years yet a VET got in right away and also a woman who's daughter saw apts and came in off road to see if anything was available got in that next month when she told the property manager she was ready to move in.

      User Response: COMMUNICATION TERRIBLE W PROPERTY MANAGER! "who" boasts she is overwhelmed being the only one doing it all to take care of the entire complex and doesnt have time to reply to residents. Altho she may be a nice woman outside the office she is known to be very unprofessional; unresponsive, rude, nasty, short and accusational to say the least.
