- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.

      User Response: Security cameras throughout the property. An onsite manager that answers calls 24/7. We are a "Neighborhood watch community. Crime statistics show very low crime in the area and in the complex.
