Ships Cove Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. 2018-08-30 07:21:54 Somewhat. You have a lock that works. But, at night security doesn’t do anything but sit there. Doors need a key tag to get in. But people let anyone in. Hence why it’s not really safe at all. Just make sure to lock your own door!
