    Hello i live in dublin va. I am 70 years old and have a son with some learning issues. Very calm person. He is adopted and does not hold a job nor have insurance. I receive $707 ss and around $400 substitute teacher which will cease when i move. I have physical issues so need a first or second floor unit. Am i eligible and if so would you please email an application. Thank you and god bless....
