Yes, I am familiar with the location. We are right on the river. You can cross the walking bridge and be right in downtown Granite Falls. I can see and hear the waterfall/dam when I open my windows. Ducks and geese all year round, pelicans during the summer! There is a park down across from the backyard and plenty of fishing at the park too!
