About Park Place

Park Place is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents also may choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.

Park Place is a Disabled low income housing apartment subsidized by the federal governments HUD (Housing and Urban Development Division). Contact Park Place for complete details on the current vacancies and housing applications.

  1. U don’t pay anything the tax payers do and the city is indebted even with the government grant for allowing an unmonitored mental institution in a residential neighbor . The funding is meant for veterans not one veteran placed in their its all canton homeless overflow rejects that get outta prison and get a feee chance ican just throws ya in a unit and whack u live somewhere posted September 22, 2019

They are uneducated ,rude ,fraud lsw , who neglect residents of security issues on site and make local law enforcement deal with the crimes committed costs the city tons and it’s a horrible place no help after move in for the tenants with their needs like rehab getting jobs transport or gaining independence so they have no way to not commit crimes for addiction posted September 22, 2019
