      User Response: CHN has many locations. Various the condition of properties. Often have bugs, trash, over grown yards.

    I am 62y/o female with disabilities. I am currently in the womens shelter on van buren.. I have been finding it hard to get low income housing and it was suggested i contact your office regarding 500 nelson rd.. A staff person drives on that street and suggested i try to find out information.. I have tried calling but couldn't reach a person.
