      User Response: The apartments cost 30% of a tenant's income. NOTE: These are privately-owned project based Section 8 housing. The owners live in San Diego and are for-profit, so we have minimal up-keep, a cleaning person only 8 hours per week...can't keep up with an 107 apt. building.

      User Response: They are security locked. Some of the tenants are elderly and some disabled and in their twenties. Entry is by key only, unless a resident lets someone in.

      User Response: Heat is included in the rent. Air conditioners must be purchased and installed by the resident; there is an extra monthly fee for a.c. of $12/month. Water, sewer and trash pick-up are provided

      User Response: Mid-town Fort Collins; Foothills mall is across the street, Trader Joe's is within walking distance as are grocery stores. The property is on 6.3 acres, so there is extensive lawn. Also, across Stover St. from the property is Boltz Middle School athletic field.
