      User Response: Extremely reasonable. For one bedroom my rent plus utilities will range from 350-400 monthly. Based on 1200 monthly income.

    Forest city housing manager and employees are great to work with. You are treated with dignity and respect. Because it in hud subsidized housing there are strick rules by which you must abide to maintain residence but this is what makes this a pleasant safe place to live. Residents take very good care of their own units, it appears welcoming.
