Moss Gardens offers federally funded rental assistance to qualified persons. Residents rent will not exceed 30% of their adjusted monthly income. They do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, age, handicap, familial status or national origin. Offer apartments for mobility impaired persons. In the event they don’t have one available, regularly make reasonable accommodations to policies, procedures, services and facilities to afford a person with disabilities an equal opportunity to use and enjoy an apartment or the common areas and facilities of the property. The office is closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
