Monroeville Housing Authority provides low income residents with housing assistance through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements and restrictions are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for the vouchers or rentals. If you are in need of housing assistance in the area please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance and rentals and their application procedures.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get in some apartments the 100% rate changes to things like 200%. In these cases, you will only need to multiply the rate in each category by 2.
