They raise the rent before our leases are up. Management is very shady. I am requesting an investigation. I know people and i will have them investigate.

  1. You pay gas and electric. The electric company is JIT and works with Dominion properties. They add on a gas charge, a seasonal charge of around $120.00 each season and a travel charge for when they are out here. Pretty spendy. posted February 23, 2020
