      User Response: It's very close to the college, 1/2 block. Other than that, the location is not a great neighborhood. There's not much in close walking distance. Transportation is lacking but is available, door to door if you call in advance for seniors and disabled. Both properties ( Mill Street Apartments and Carbondale Towers) are senior and disabled.
