They never repair anything within a 30 day time frame! I have had a whole in my ceiling for over a year and the corporate office is aware and it still has not be repaired. They have a hard time keeping up with the books and they show absolutely no respect for the tenants. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of rentals in the city of elyria charging what they charge for rent as to why i’m still living here but soon i will be taking this repair matter to court. This seems like the only way i will get any one to care about the living conditions in the units. The basement apartments flood every time it rains and other tenants have collapsed ceilings! The structure of these units are terrible! Someone needs to do something about this company! New management is needed.
