I was unable to leave a message on the voice mail menu for midtown plaza; i did leave a message for hi view gardens attempting to speak with a building manager. One of your residents is on my caseload and has been unable to reach anyone in the office for more than a month. I had her sign a consent so i could attempt to reach someone and have been unable to do so.
