User Response: Yes dogs and cats are allowed, they aren't running free, nor are they pooping in the elevators! The owners here follow the rules! This building is the best in the city, no one is FORCED to live here, if you don't like it....move! This building is kept clean, and the only thing is the elevators are in need of replacement. The Police are here for our safety. The larger dogs are companion pets providing whatever the owner needs, and are here with Drs papers..all the animals are monitored and kept up on appropriate shots. I am simply grateful to have a decent place to live....
