Meadow View Phase II offers the best choice for affordable apartment living near both Dayton and Cincinnati! We have housing options for everyone and youll love the easy access to I-75, I 675, Dayton Mall, new Austin Boulevard as well as an easy commute between Dayton and Cincinnati. Meadow View Phase II offers spacious two and three bedroom apartment homes. All homes feature walk-in closets, patio or balcony spaces, and fully equipped kitchens. Our community features a playground and community grilling area for Residents and their guests. Prospective Residents must meet certain income guideline restrictions as Meadow View Phase II operates under the tax credit program (LIHTC). The leaseing office is located at 15 Woodhill Drive Springboro, Ohio 45066 and is open Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM. Weekend tours are available by appointment only.

The 930 Square foot apartment is a two bedroom and the 1050 square foot is a three bedroom. We have a pet maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $25/month/pet. The security deposit for our apartments is credit based and we would like prospects to call for details in regards to specials.

Qualifications: Do you qualify to live here?
To qualify for low income housing in Ohio, you must meet the following income requirements:

Your household income must be below 80% of the area median income (AMI). The AMI is updated annually by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and varies by county.

You must have a valid Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

You must be a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant.

In addition to the income requirements, you may also need to meet other eligibility requirements, such as:

- You must not have been evicted from any public housing or Section 8 housing in the past three years.
- You must not have any outstanding felony convictions for drug-related offenses.
- You must not be a registered sex offender.
